Leander Announces List Of Facilities Re-Opening In June

The City of Leander posted its list of facilities slated to re-open beginning June 6, with many offering modified operating procedures.

LEANDER, TX — As communities across the state begin phases to re-open amid the COVID-19, the City of Leander announced its list of city facilities slated to re-open beginning Saturday, June 6. The City has also implemented measures based on state and federal recommendations to help prevent the spread of disease. These measures include reduced occupancy limits, contactless transaction options, social distancing guides, teleconference meeting, and cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch, high traffic areas.

Beginning Monday, June 8, city buildings are to reopen for walk-in service, and athletic fields at Benbrook Ranch Park and Robin Bledsoe Park will reopen for organized play. On Tuesday, June 9, Leander Public Library will also reopen with modified hours. The following is a list of facilities opening beginning Saturday, June 6. For more information, click HERE.
