Leander Couple Featured In Cable Show 'House Hunters' (VIDEO)
After the couple lived in rental home, cable show chronicles their search for house in the Austin area they now purchase outright.

LEANDER, TEXAS — A couple who recently moved to Leander was featured on the cable show "House Hunters" recently.
Sydney Greenwalt and Terry Darilek, owners of the North Austin franchise Right At Home — offering in-home companionship and personal care and assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities who want to continue to live independently — were picked to participate in the popular show that airs on the cable channel HGTV. The "House Hunters" show chronicles people's search for homes to buy as they choose from among three options.
Ultimately, Greenwalt and her partner settled on a home in Leander after seeing other houses in North Austin and Lakeway. The couple chose a house in Leander's Starlight Village, she attracted to the mid-century modern architecture and he lured to the home's new construction. Greenwalt said she fell in love with the eccentric neighborhood along with the three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, one-story home that appealed to both of the them.
