Live Oak Church Leander Hosts Family Signing Celebration
Families are invited for a special Christmas celebration featuring treats, fun and the chance to learn ASL Christmas words and phrases.
LEANDER, TX — Live Oak Church and My Smart Hands with Jilleen invites the community to A Family Signing Celebration, a special Christmas event for families. This great learning opportunity gives families the chance to learn how to sign Christmas words in ASL through songs and stories about the birth of Jesus.
There will be fellowship and fun including Christmas cookies, hot cocoa, and coffee. After learning to sign, attendees will play an entertaining game of Singo with great prizes to be given away. A unique twist on Bingo, Singo is played by having the words signed rather than said. The event will conclude with a holiday craft keepsake, raffle drawings, and much more! For more click HERE.
