The future of Cedar Park-Leander is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Amisha Sao, who are making a positive impact in and around Cedar Park-Leander.
Amisha, a Cedar Park resident and graduate of Round Rock High School, was recognized as a U.S. Presidential Scholar in Career and Technical Education in 2024. The prestigious honor, awarded by the White House Commission on Presidential Scholars, celebrates exceptional academic achievement, excellence in technical education and a demonstrated commitment to community service and leadership. Amisha’s selection placed her among 161 high school seniors nationwide, a testament to her remarkable accomplishments and dedication.
Amisha’s recognition reflects her commitment to excelling academically while giving back to her community. Now pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Amisha continues to exemplify the leadership and drive that earned her a place among the country’s top young scholars.
