Online Meditation Event Aims To Relieve Stress, Anxiety
Beyond Breath Meditation offers online introduction to breath and meditation techniques to boost immunity and relieve anxiety and stress.
CEDAR PARK, TX — As communities across the country continue to navigate the effects of COVID-19, the need to find ways to ease stress and anxiety has never been more important. A free interactive online session, "Beyond Breath Meditation: Online Introduction to the Happiness Program" hosted by The Art of Living Foundation aims to help ease stress and boost the immune system.
The 75-minute online introductory session introduces to the Sudarshan Kriya™ breathing technique, a breathing technique that releases stress and boosts your immune system. The goal of breathing technique significantly:
