- Michael Kleinman, the owner of Cedar Park-based retail chain Planet K Gifts, sued the city of Cedar Park on Tuesday. Kleinman claims that city officials are harassing him and his business, for example shutting off water and wastewater services to his store, to force his "impermissible head shop" out of Cedar Park. Planet K Gifts, located at 1511 N. Bell Boulevard, sells CBD, erotica, pipes, vaporizers, and more. (Law360)
- There are seven Guinness World Record holders in the Austin area, including Cedar Park teenager Maci Currin. Maci was featured in the 2021 World Record book for the world's longest legs. The 6 feet 10 inches tall teenager has record-setting legs that measure 4.4 feet long. (Austonia)
- Firefly Aerospace in Cedar Park will deliver an experimental payload to the Moon's Mare Crisium basin through NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative. The payload, NASA's Lunar GNSS Receiver Experiment (LuGRE), will test a new lunar navigation capability using Earth's Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals at the Moon. (Space Ref)

- Cedar Park Police Department announced that 18-year-old Angelo Voss has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance to a child, a second-degree felony. Detectives found evidence that Voss had supplied a 16-year-old female local high school student with Oxycodone pills that were suspected to contain the deadly drug, fentanyl. (Facebook)
