Key WilCo Intersection Improvements To Be Unveiled

SH 29 and CR 200/Loop 332 work included addition of dedicated right turns on all sides, left turn and through lanes on CR 200.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — County officials have scheduled a ribbon-cutting next week to officially unveil improvements made to SH 29 and CR 200/Loop 332 designed toward the aim of safety and mobility improvements.

The county-led project to the intersection included addition of dedicated right turns on all sides, left turn and through lanes on CR 200 at SH 29 as well as Loop 332. Drainage improvements at the intersection and a new traffic signal also were included.

O’Brien Engineering Services was the design engineer and Cox Commercial Construction was the contractor on the project that was completed in ten months. The work was funded with county voter-approved road bonds of $1.1 million, $500,000 contributed by TxDOT and $100,000 from the Liberty Hill Economic Development Corp.
