Virtual Event Highlights Tips, Tricks For Healthy Landscapes
Texas A&M AgriLife Water University invites the community to an online discussion on ways to help get your landscape projects flourishing.
CEDAR PARK, TX— With more individuals and families spending time at home amid the pandemic, many are tackling new and fun projects around the house. Gardening and caring for plants has seen a surge in popularity and taking refuge in our personal outdoor spaces has offered a bright spot during an otherwise tough time.
Whether you're an avid gardener or you're just beginning to explore your green thumb, landscaping offers a great opportunity to relax and take your mind off things. To help get a better sense of what it takes to be successful with landscaping projects, the community is invited to an online discussion for insight on bringing new life to your garden. "Landscape CPR" scheduled Tuesday, July 28 at 6 p.m. is a virtual seminar hosted by Texas AgriLife Water University and is free and open to the public. The virtual event will feature topics centered on helping attendees identify problem areas within their lawns or gardens, and advice on when and if homeowners should hire a landscape or irrigation professional.
