- The City of Leander announced that Saturday's water main break in Leander is now fixed. Leander Public Works crews disinfected and flushed the water lines, officials say the water is safe and residents do not have to boil water anymore. If residents are "experiencing air in internal plumbing" they should "open the faucet furthest from the water meter and let it run until the faucet stops sputtering." (KVUE)
- Cedar Park High School senior Thomas Wu won first place in the 100-yard breaststroke at the UIL swimming state finals on Saturday, Feb. 19. His winning time, 55.31, beat the state record previously held by Hudson Smith. (Austin American-Statesman)
- The Cedar Park Texas Stars hockey team lost 7 to 6 against the San Jose Barracuda team on Saturday, Feb. 19 at the H-E-B Center. As of Saturday's win, the Barracuda are 2 to 1 against the Stars this season. (SJBarracuda)
