1. According to a new study by U.S. News & World Report, Williamson County and Travis County are among the healthiest counties in the United States. Williamson County was named number 121 and Travis County was named number 295 on the list of "the 500 healthiest counties in the country." (Austin Culture Map)

3. There are six new construction projects in Cedar Park and Leander, including at Whitestone Oaks Apartments which is estimated to cost $8 million. Travisso Parkway, Urbana, ENT Specialist at New Hope Professional Center, Brushy Creek North Fork Trail, and Top Shot are also set to start new construction in the area. (Community Impact Newspaper)
