🌱 Woman Injured Driving To Cedar Park + Man Charged With Murder

Here are the top three stories in Cedar Park-Leander today:

1. A woman was injured after crashing into a ravine while driving on RR 1431 from Jonestown to Cedar Park at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 7. Jonestown police officers found her on the side of the road in the 18100 block of RR 1431. The woman was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries and the crash remains under investigation. 2. James Christopher Ochoa has been charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing his 32-year-old girlfriend, whose body was found in an apartment on El Mundo Street near Holly Hall on Monday. While at Cedar Park police headquarters, Ochoa told police that he killed his girlfriend in Houston, as of Tuesday afternoon it is not known when Ochoa will go to Houston to face the charge. The baby that was with Ochoa is reported to be unharmed. (KPRC Houston)
