Here are the top stories today in Cedar Park-Leander:

An officer attempted to pull Santos over, however she drove off and injured the officer and the officer's K9 service animal. "Records showed the 15-year sentence for the assault would run concurrently with a 10-year sentence related to a charge for interfering with the K9." Santos has a jail credit of 840 days.
