Off-Duty Cop Charged With Brother's Murder

CONROE, TX — A Stagecoach Police Officer accused of killing his brother Friday evening, has been charged with murder.
Robert Eugene Lee, 59, was charged with murdering his brother, Rocky Lee, a member of the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting was reported Friday at about 5:30 p.m., at a home in the 16100 block of Single Tree Drive in Magnolia, when Robert lee, a 35-year law enforcement veteran, called to report he'd shot an intruder in his home, KPRC reported.

Officials arrived and found the man in the bathroom dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators identified the shooting victim as 57-year-old Rocky Lee, a Harris County Sheriff's Deputy and Robby Lee's brother.

Lee is being held withouth bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
Police said the shooting is still under investigation.
