Mitigation specialists will be at various Home Depot and Lowes stores in Harris and Montgomery counties this week and on Saturday.

CONROE, TX — Hurricane season is here, and Montgomery County may be two counties away from the Gulf Coast, but it’s still a good idea to be ready if the next big storm hits again.
Disaster mitigation experts from the Federal Emergency Management Agency are at various building material stores in Montgomery and Harris counties this week to share tips that can help you protect your property.
