Sex Sells: Conroe Realtor Uses Racy Photos To Market Home
Kristin Gyldenege, aka "the potty mouthed realtor," used sexy models to market a home and a lot of people complained.

CONROE, TEXAS — It’s no secret that sex sells, but it’s not something potential home buyers would expect to see when it comes to a real estate add. It was certainly a bold move by realtor Kristin Gyldenege, who recently used two scantily clad fitness models to try and sell a cute starter home in Conroe.
The home itself is cute to say the least, and features the highly sought after open concept with polished wood floors, an island kitchen, and a fenced yard.
The home was, and still is, an adorable gem that's move-in ready in Conroe. But no one was biting and that was the problem, and the reason that Gyldnege, whose Twitter handle is "the potty mouth realtor," decided to pull out the stops and do something different.

The ad featured a shirtless male fitness model with a scantily clad female fitness model taking care of various household chores.
Gyldenege said she raised the bar because the home, located at 590 Mosswood Drive in Conroe, wasn’t getting any traffic and felt she had to do something bold to pique the interest of potential buyers, KTRK reported.

Some photos had the two models engaged in household chores of folding laundry or cooking, while others seemed overtly sexy.
One of the photos shows the male model massaging the woman on a massage table in one of the bedrooms.
Another photo seemed to depict the man going up the stairs, presumably to the bedroom, with the following him.
The ad worked as far as getting the attention of potential home buyers, and recorded about 20,000 views in 24 hours.
However, some of those who were offended by the ploy to use sexuality to entice buyers complained to HAR.com where much of Houston’s real estate is marketed.
The ad was removed from HAR.com, and the house at 590 Mosswood Drive is still on the market.
Regardless, Gyldenege said she is proud of her creativity and doesn’t view the ploy as bad publicity, especially if the hose sells soon.
