CONROE, TX – A man who police say robbed two Spring-area Walgreens Stores and got away with narcotics from the pharmacy over the weekend was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery. Ronald L. Jackson, 43, was in the Montgomery County Jail.
Lt. Scott Spencer, a spokesperson for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said on Aug. 3, Jackson went into the Walgreens store 400 block of Sawdust Road and walked to the pharmacy in the back of the store.
The clerk said Jackson handed over a note that demanded a certain type of controlled substance and told the clerk he had a gun. Investigators said once Jackson got what he wanted, he walked out of the store and drove off in a red sedan.
