CONROE, TX-- A 27-year-old woman accused of running over two people as they walked their bicycles along the shoulder of the road was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter and tampering with evidence, police said. Kristina Hardin was driving an SUV in the 1900 block of E. Davis Street in Conroe at about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday when police said she ran off the roadway and ran over a man and a woman.
