Providing 24/7 services, Medical City ER Flower Mound guarantees consistent access to healthcare for the community. Initially established in November 2009, the center temporarily suspended operations in March 2020. This strategic move aimed to effectively redistribute resources and personnel to manage the sudden influx due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also reopening this week, after a temporary shutdown in March 2020 due to the pandemic, is Medical City ER Stonebridge. To mark its return, the medical center has generously donated $5,000 to the Department of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at Collin College.
