
Are you busy? Stressed? A bit tired, rundown, or otherwise in need of a break? Take a moment of peace for yourself. This won't be a selfish moment. We are hosting a 3 session retreat from 3 to 7:15pm so that folks can take a bit of time out of their busy schedule and develop a peaceful mind. The purpose of this peace is so that everyone in our life can benefit.
Let's face it, how we feel affects how we act, and even on a subtler level affects the energy we give off, and that in turn has an impact on others. But, if we are peaceful, positive, and happy, the effect of that will be very meaningful for everyone in our life. So, don't let the busy-ness of the year-end get you all scrooged up. Calm your mind with meditation!
