Centers For Disease Control Issues New Eviction Moratorium

The new moratorium that expires Oct. 3rd, applies to North Texas, which is experiencing "substantial," or "high" levels of COVID-19 spread.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is issuing a new, “temporary” moratorium on evictions. The new moratorium will be separate from the CDC’s prior eviction moratorium that expired over the weekend.
