- The Dallas Police Department is searching for an individual that struck and killed a cyclist on Sunday morning. The incident occurred in the 12900 block of Kleberg Road. A white SUV was captured on surveillance footage, with the driver exiting and then returning to the vehicle without helping the cyclist. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Watson at 214-671-0015. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
- The Dallas Police Department reports that two men were discovered with bullet wounds in a parking lot in the 8400 block of Park Lane on Saturday night. One of the individuals died at the scene and the other was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The department is asking anyone with information to come forward. There is a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest. (WFAA.com)
- An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of Dallas' prominent businessman Chin "Jin" Shin. Markynn West, 28 years old, was arrested on Wednesday on murder charges. He has posted bail. Shin was considered by many as a pillar of the city's Asian community. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
