  1. A Dallas County Judge has ruled tenants should have the right to remain in housing while appealing an eviction ruling. That right cannot be taken away even if the tenant does not have the funds to put up as collateral. Judge Juan Renteria states the current Texas eviction statute effectively requires payment to access the court system. (KERA)
  2. Dallas' Erick Martinez has been named this month's Featured Fugitive. The 34-year-old has warrants issued for four counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. There is a reward being offered for information which leads to his arrest. (DPS.Texas.gov)
  3. Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information regarding a Monday night shooting which resulted in the death of a 21-year-old woman. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of Hamilton Avenue around 7:40 p.m. in South Dallas. To claim the reward, the information must result in an arrest and indictment. (WFAA)
