Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Highland Springs
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $463,000.
Highland Springs, the Erickson Senior Living community in Dallas, TX distributed more than $463,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was distributed during a special event on December 3. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
This year, Highland Springs residents contributed more to the Staff Appreciation Fund than ever before.
“The generosity of our residents truly embodies the spirit of the season,” says Human Resources Director April Garcia. “Their support of the Staff Appreciation Fund reflects the close-knit community we’ve built together.
