2. The Dallas Police Department has arrested a North Texas doctor connected to an investigation into compromised IV bags. Dr. Raynaldo Rivera Ortiz Junior, 59, has been arrested on unreleased charges. Ortiz's medical license has been suspended due to posing "imminent peril" to the public's health. (Dallas Morning News)
3. The Dallas Independent School District's Police Chief warns the public that it will be prosecuting anyone caught making fraudulent emergency calls. The calls are not considered "pranks".
