(Austin, Texas) –– We Are Blood (WRB) is celebrating 75 years of saving lives with a special anniversary gift for blood donors. From January 2–31, 2026, all who donate or attempt to donate at any WRB fixed center or mobile drive will receive a limited-edition 75th Anniversary Cowboy Blood Drop stress ball. This gift thanks donors for supporting Central Texas patients.
