Happy Habit-A-Thon Aims To Reduce Stigma Around Mental Health

AUSTIN, TX—Austin friends and neighbors are invited to take part in a Happy Habit-A-Thon, a largely virtual and social media driven multi-day event on and around Hi, How Are You Day (Jan. 22), presented by American Campus Communities and sponsored by Regions Bank.

The virtual event reinforces Happy Habits via healthy, fun, and engaging activities, in an effort to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage conversation, and connect communities worldwide. Happening no through Sunday, Jan. 31 at 11:45 p.m., participants will have the chance to register and enjoy virtually meeting and greeting new friends.

Registered participants will receive a digital "Bingo Card" to guide you through the Habit-A-Thon, and the commemorative t-shirt (if included with your tier), become entered to win a super deluxe Hi, How Are You Project merchandise basket, and other select prizes. Part or all of your registration fees are considered a tax-deductible donation.
