Thanksgiving 2019 Grocery Store Hours In Austin: HEB, Wheatsville

AUSTIN, TX — We all know the sinking feeling when after days of preparation, the perfect Thanksgiving feast is thrown into jeopardy because of a missing ingredient, whether it's seasoning for the mashed potatoes or ice cream to accompany the pie.

Thankfully, a number of grocery stores in the Austin area will have at least limited hours on Thanksgiving for any of your last minute needs.

Below are the major grocery stores in the area and their Thankgiving hours:

HEB

Wednesday, Nov. 27 (Day before Thanksgiving): Stores open regular hours

Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Stores open from 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.

HEB has numerous locations in Austin.

Wheatsville Co-Op

Wednesday, Nov. 27 (Day before Thanksgiving): Stores open regular hours

Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Stores open from 7:30 a.m.- 1 p.m.

The grocery co-op has two store locations in Austin, one on Guadulupe Street and a second store on South Lamar Boulevard.

Sprouts Farmers Market

Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Stores open from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Sprouts Farmers Market has three locations in Austin, one in Round Rock and one location in Cedar Park.

Trader Joe's

Thursday, Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Stores closed

Trader Joe's has three locations in Austin.
