• Texas Beef Council announces New Board of Directors (lambcountyleadernews.com) — A Dripping Springs resident, Leslie Callahan, has been appointed to the Texas Beef Council’s 2026 Board of Directors, representing livestock markets in a key statewide role. The newly announced 20-member board, drawn from across Texas cattle organizations, will guide Beef Checkoff programs aimed at boosting beef demand at home and abroad starting this fiscal year.
