Investigators from Fort Hood and Killeen Police coordinated on the case, and officials say the outcome reflects a strong push for justice and support for the victim’s family.
• Fort Hood Army doctor sued for secretly recording, inappropriately touching patients (fox7austin.com) — An Army OB-GYN formerly serving at Fort Hood is facing numerous criminal charges, while attorneys pursue claims alleging he secretly recorded and improperly examined patients at Darnall Medical Center on post. Lawyers say hundreds of women could be affected and are seeking to hold the Army accountable for alleged supervision failures, with Fort Hood officials already placing the doctor in pretrial confinement.
