• Reunion stations will help lost Central Texas pets get home (kxan.com) — Williamson County’s Regional Animal Shelter in Georgetown is backing new “reunion stations” so residents who find lost pets can scan microchips at local businesses instead of driving to the shelter or calling police. The first stations are in Round Rock, but officials hope to expand them countywide, making it easier and faster for Georgetown-area neighbors to reunite pets with their families.
