• Stephenville City Council: Council approves zoning change (dublincitizen.com) — Stephenville’s city council has approved a zoning change that clears the way for new townhome-style multifamily housing on Frey Street and advanced several other infrastructure projects. Notably for local readers, B&L Construction Company of Hico won a $126,670 contract to repair a sinkhole-damaged sewer line and help restore the Rec Hall parking lot, work funded from city capital reserves.
