• Horizon City Man Charged with Second DWI After Found Unconscious in Running Vehicle (hoodline.com) — A Horizon City resident was arrested early Sunday on the 14000 block of Sabio after police say they found him unconscious in a legally parked but running vehicle and later charged him with a second DWI. Officers reported an open alcohol container, abandoned field sobriety tests for safety reasons, and a failed breath test, with bond set at the El Paso County Jail.
