13-Year-Old Arrested After Police Chase In A Stolen Car
Police said a 13-year-old boy led them on a high-speed chase in a stolen car Wednesday morning.

HOUSTON, TX — A 13-year-old boy, who allegedly led Houston Police on a high-speed chase in a stolen car, is in custody.
The chase began shortly after midnight in northeast Houston when a police cruiser spotted the car traveling 60 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone and tried to pull the car over.
Officers said the driver drove along U.S. 59 and State Highway 288 at speeds reaching 100 miles per hour, and continued until the driver lost control and crashed at Rusk Street, and Louisiana Street in downtown, KPRC reported.

The boy was not injured in the crash and faces felony theft and felony evading charges.
