Cypress Woman Accused Of Driving Through A Fatal Crash Scene
Chaundee Nichole Amine is facing several charges after she drove through a fatal accident investigation, police said.

CYPRESS, TX — A Cypress woman was arrested Thursday night after she drove through a fatal crash scene while deputies were conducting their investigation. Deputies were on the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident at about 11:55 p.m. at FM 1960 and Mills, when the driver of a white BMW drove around several sheriff's office vehicles that were blocking the road with their emergency lights activated.
According to deputies, the driver, later identified as 27-year-old Chaundee Nichole Amine, drove through the accident investigation, over a concrete median, and continued west on the eastbound side of FM 1960.
Several deputies pursued Amine with lights and sirens to get her to stop, and followed her onto Solon road into a residential area.

Amine pulled over in the 9100 block of Meadow Vista Boulevard, Nd was found with two children, ages 2- and 5-years-old, who were not in car seats.
EMS were called to the scene to evaluate Amine and the two children. During the examination, Amine kicked a DWI technician who was trying to draw blood to determine of she was intoxicated.

She was arrested and charged with evading in a motor vehicle, child endangerment, assault on a public servant, and driving while intoxicated with child passenger under 15, which is a felony.
The two children were released to Child Protective Services (CPS) after being medically cleared. Amine is currently awaiting booking in the Joint Processing Center.
