Ex-CyFair Teacher Charged With Having Sex With Student
Justin Washington, 26, resigned after the 18-year-old student reported he sexually assaulted her.
CYPRESS, TX — A former Cy-Fair ISD Middle School teacher was arrested Wednesday after being accused of the sexual assault of a Cy-Creek High School student.
Justin Washington, 26, who taught at Opal Hamilton Middle School, resigned after the 18-year-old student told a teacher she’d been sexually assaulted by Washington.
The incident was reported to Cy-Fair ISD Police who questioned the student and learned that Washington had also allegedly given the teen drugs and a sexually transmitted disease.

The teenage victim said she was in a vulnerable place when she and Washington allegedly began their relationship, KPRC reported.
Washington told investigators that he and the student were involved in a consensual sexual relationship, and had sex with the teen at least five times, KTRK reported.

A judge set Washington’s bail at $10,000.
