FBI Searching For Robber Of North Houston Bank
The FBI is looking for the man who tried to rob the Chase Bank on Greens Rd., in north Houston on Monday.

HOUSTON, TX — The FBI's Violent Crime Task Force is asking for help to identify the man who robbed a bank in north Houston on Monday.
The robbery occurred at approximately 5:47 p.m. at the JP Morgan Chase Bank located at 213 West Greens Rd. in north Houston.
Witnesses said the man came into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

Investigators didn't say if the man threatened the teller, or if he was armed.
The teller said after handing her a note, he left the bank without any money.

The suspect is a black man, possibly in his mid-thirties.
He was between 5-feet 5-inches and 5-feet 8-inches tall, with a thin build.
The suspect wore a white t-shirt, black shorts, white sneakers, dark glasses and a gray TCU baseball cap.
Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the bank robber.
