Former Cy-Fair Employee Admits To Sex With Student, 15: Police
A former school workroom aide is free on bond after she admitted to having a sexual relationship with a middle school student.

HOUSTON, TX -- A former Cy-Fair school district workroom aide accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old middle school student made her first court appearance Monday.
Hannah Parisa Siboyeh, 25, was arrested last week and charged with sexual assault of a child and improper relationship with a student, according to court documents. She is free on a combined $30,000 bond.
Siboyeh was a workroom aide at Labay Middle School in Cy-Fair when she allegedly began a relationship with a student at the school in July 2017, prosecutors in the case said. She worked in the school's workroom, where copies are made for teachers and class assignments.

A student who allegedly witnessed the student and Siboyeh lying in bed together at his home reported the relationship to school administrators in April 2018. The administrators contacted the school district and police.
Police said Siboyeh admitted to the sexual relationship with the student. According to police, Siboyeh admitted to losing her virginity to the boy and said the pair had sex multiple times at his home, in a park, and at the Palace Inn Motel.

Police examined Siboyeh’s phone and recovered several images of her with the student, and at least one video of the two of them having sex, prosecutors said.
The Cy-Fair Independent School District released the following statement:
Authorities notified us last spring of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a Labay Middle School paraprofessional staff member and a former student. Due to the seriousness of the allegation, the staff member was immediately removed from campus. Law enforcement conducted a full investigation that led to an off-campus arrest. These actions are not representative of Labay Middle School or CFISD employee standards of conduct.
As a condition of her bond, Siboyeh cannot have contact with anyone younger than 17 years old, including the victim in this case and cannot have internet access.
Her next court date is scheduled for Nov. 11.
