Hurricane Harvey: Barker Reservoir Residents Being Evacuated
BREAKING: Boats are being sent to the area to evacuate residents.

Fort Bend County is sending boats into the area of Barker Reservoir to rescue residents as the Army Corps of Engineers estimates the reservoir will crest at 104.4 feet, city officials said in an alert Tuesday.
"This will put several feet of water into homes between FM 1093 & Westheimer Parkway - east of SH99," the alert says.
Officials say if this applies to you, call 281-238-3460 and place a white flag or cloth outside your home so boats can find you. The Flood Control District estimates that about 2500 homes are experiencing flooding at Addicks and about 670 homes are experiencing flooding at Barker as of noon Tuesday. Barker residents may see anywhere between three to four feet of water in their homes.
