Police Release Sketch Of Capital Murder Suspects

Homicide investigators are looking for the men who shot and killed a 35-year-old man at the Shadow Ranch Apartments on June 9.

HOUSTON, TX -- The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators have released composite sketches and still photos of two subjects wanted for the capital murder of a local man.

On Saturday, June 9, at around 2:00 p.m., HCSO District 1 Patrol Deputies were called to the Shadow Ranch Apartments located at 12203 Old Walters Road to an in progress call for service.

Responding deputies found a 35-year-old man who'd been shot several times.

Investigators learned from witnesses that two black male had followed the victim into a breezeway of an apartment block, where multiple gunshots were heard.

Witnesses said the two men were seen running from the area, and drove off in a 2009-2011 blue Chevrolet Malibu.

The vehicle had discoloration and deterioration on the roof.

The first man was described as a black male, approximately 5-feet-7 to 5-feet-8 inches tall with a thin build, and a dreadlock hairstyle.

The second man was described as black male, approximately 6-feet to 6-feet-2 and a heavy build, with a dreadlock hairstyle.

Both suspects appeared to be in their mid to late 20s.

Anyone with information is urged to call the HCSO Homicide Division at 713-274-9100. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
