Harris County Pct. 1 Constable Alan Rosen said investigators were certain the water turbulence from the storm might have caused the burglary suspects to drift from the White Oak Bayou tributary downstream into Buffalo Bayou.
While searching for the suspect, police recovered the body of a man who may have been the center of a Houston Police Department missing person's case.
