Teen Robbed Twice In 2-Days Shoots Robber At Fireworks Stand
A 17-year-old who was robbed two days in a row while at work, shot one of the robbers Wednesday.

HOUSTON, TX -- A 17-year-old man may be thinking of another line of work after he was robbed twice in two days while working at a firework stand in east Houston.
The first incident happened on Wednesday morning at Texas Outlaw Fireworks located at Barbara Mae Street and Alderson Street.

Investigators said two men came in and tried to rob the store, when the teenager grabbed a gun from under the counter and shot one of the men, KTRK reported.
Both men were arrested.

On Thursday morning, the same teen was working when two armed men came into the store and began firing shots in the air.
Another employee who was asleep, heard the shots, while the 17-year-old ran off, KTRK reported.
Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office are trying to determine if both incidents are connected.
No one was injured.
