Two Fireworks Stands Stolen Days Before July 4th: Police
The theft of a generator and the theft of two fireworks trailers stolen days before July 4th are related: Police
HOUSTON, TX -- Investigators are looking for the men who stole two fireworks stands in Cypress Thursday and Friday, and stole a generator from an area Home Depot.
At approximately 3 p.m. on June 28, Precinct 4 deputies were called to the Home Depot, located at 20131 North Freeway, in Spring.

Surveillance video showed two men walking out of Home Depot without paying for a $2,000 generator.
They loaded the generator into the back of a black Chevrolet truck and left the scene.

At approximately 4:30 a.m. on June 29, a fireworks trailer containing about 125 pounds of fireworks, valued at $80,000 was taken from 11323 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress.
Surveillance video shows a white male arrive in a black Chevrolet truck, hook up the fireworks stand and drive off.
The black Chevrolet truck is the same vehicle used in the Home Depot theft.
On Monday, the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office investigators learned of a second fireworks trailer theft that occurred on June 28 at approximately 2 a.m., at 5138 N. Highway 6 in Cypress.
Investigators are working to obtain surveillance video and witness statements. At this time, it appears these three incidents involve the same vehicle.
The person of interest in the fireworks stand thefts, borrowed the truck from the owner. All the crimes occurred during the time when the person of interest had possession of the vehicle.
