1. Four people were killed in a shooting Thursday morning at an apartment in northwest Houston, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Authorities believe the shooting, which happened at the 9700 block of Cypresswood Drive, was a murder-suicide, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said. (Houston Patch)
2. 18-year-old, Isaiah Henry, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of a man who was shot after reportedly being harassed by a group of teens, according to police. On May 9, Houston police responded to reports of a shooting in the 7700 block of Fulton Street around 8:20 p.m. (Click2Houston)
3. Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta and his family are making a massive $50 million donation to the University of Houston College of Medicine. The donation was announced on Thursday at the UH Board of Regents meeting. (KHOU 11)
4. Local Group Brewing, the 7,500-square-foot brewpub located in Hardy Yards located at 1504 Chapman, is making beer again after being purchased by Distincture Hospitality, owned by Dave Sorrell, Morgan Green and Jorge Benitez. (Houston Food Finder)
