• Houston police investigating deadly crash after woman slams car into building (khou.com) — A woman died early Tuesday after her car left North Durham Drive near 16th Street in the Greater Heights area and slammed into a building, just minutes from many Houston Heights homes. Houston police say speed likely played a role, and the driver wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, though alcohol is not suspected as the investigation continues.
