Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s Tribute to Veterans on November 9

Join the dinner and concert honoring the veterans in Harris County Precinct 4.

Commissioner R. Jack Cagle invites veterans to Harris County Precinct 4’s third annual Tribute to Veterans on Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Parkway in Humble.
The Veteran’s dinner and concert, held at the Humble Civic Center, features a presentation of flags by the Atascocita High School Junior ROTC and a patriotic concert by the Texas Master Chorale, a mixed choral ensemble of 100 auditioned singers.
“Harris County boasts more than 180,000 veterans, but most of the time you won’t know who they are,” says Commissioner Cagle. “It’s easy to forget the sacrifices these brave men and women made to our country. This event is just a small way we can recognize the contributions they make in and out of uniform.”
Following an address by Commissioner Cagle, participants will enjoy a catered turkey dinner with all the trimmings and a dessert of apple pie. The event, which is hosted by Precinct 4’s Senior Adult Program and Fun4Seniors, is free and open to veterans and their spouses.
