Humble City Council holds public hearing on budget, new tax rate

The Humble City Council meeting Sept. 9 was called to order and shortly after, the council opened the floor for public comment. Local resident and former mayoral candidate Arliss Bentley rose to the occasion to suggest that the city adopt new means for city-wide communication to alert residents of public events.
