Humble holds budget workshop for 2021-2022 revenue, expenditures

Keep in mind that there are several tabs and line items that are coming down that were pushed off to a future date or had attention diverted until this budget due to COVID-19, so capex expenditures are expected to be higher than previous numbers,” he said.
