KINGWOOD, TX — The annual tip-a-cop event at Texas Roadhouse's Kingwood location raised $3,300 for Special Olympics Texas. From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, deputies from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office walked the restaurant floor introducing Special Olympic athletes to patrons. The dinners were asked to 'tip' the cops, and 100 percent of the officers' tips went to Special Olympics Texas.
