Lone Star-Kingwood dedicates its new Health Professions Center
The Lone Star College- Kingwood administration dedicated a new Health Professions Center with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony Feb. 22. Well over 100 participants, including college officials, professors, community leaders and area health services representatives, attended while the LSC-Kingwood Jazz Ensemble was on hand to provide music for the occasion. The $18.8 million facility on the north side of the campus near the Student Conference Center will house general classrooms and program-specific spaces related to health science.
