HUMBLE, TX — The Harris County Sheriff's Office has charged Joshua Adam Robbins, 37, with attempted indecency with a child. Robbins, who practiced dentistry in New Caney, allegedly admitted to a therapist that, in 2014, he fondled a 14-year-old while he was staying at her parent's house. The victim alleged that Robbins drugged her prior to the assault so she had difficulty recalling the events. Robbins allegedly drugged the girl's drink with anti-anxiety medications.
